*The house comfortably sleeps up to 9 people, (4 queen beds & 1 twin)
*There are 4 bedrooms (one is a suite with a bathroom, kitchenette & deck), 3 total bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, sitting room, office, decks, hot tub, BBQ, laundry room, and open space
*Two night minimum stay
*Rates range from $485 - $1,000 per night, depending on the season
*Reduced rates for longer stays, 10% off for a week/15% for a month
*Per Sonoma County regulations TOT tax is 12% of the total price
*Cleaning fee is $350
*Events may be allowed, contact the owner to discuss
*Friendly pets may be allowed, contact the owner to discuss
